The challenge

The client's existing supplier was not cooperating during contract renewals, failing to provide required information on costings and putting the organisation at risk of not having a service in place for the next contract year.

With a very tight deadline and no movement from the incumbent supplier, the client needed a reliable partner who could step in quickly, assess the situation, and deliver a viable alternative before the contract gap became a real problem.

Our approach

Fran from Bright Hygiene responded without hesitation. Together with the client, an action plan was put in place to visit the sites, gather asset information, assess access requirements, and understand the full scope of work needed, all provided free of charge.

Bright then liaised with their specialist teams to obtain technical information and prepare detailed cost proposals for the required servicing, all within an extremely compressed timeline.

The entire process, from initial contact to completed proposals, was delivered within just three days. The client not only secured a better standard of service delivery but also achieved a cost saving compared to the previous arrangement.
