No matter how thorough the daily cleaning schedule, in any busy kitchen, there will be a progressive accumulation of bacteria harbouring grease and grime in those hard to clean areas. Not only is it simply good practice to keep your kitchen in peak performing condition and cleanliness, it is now also a legal requirement, under the direction of the Food Safety Act, for caterers to show effective due diligence.
Our work is carried out in accordance with Government Specifications M&E 142 and 038 and covers deep cleaning of cooking and ancillary equipment, building structure and high level areas. We can fit in with a timescale to suit your operational needs and our work is certified. Hygiene & Safety audits are also provided post-clean to confirm ‘Due diligence' requirements have been met.
