Customer Check Sheet

Please see below a checklist of our requirements prior to your service taking place.

A continuous supply of boiling water should be available throughout the service.

All cooking utensils, crockery and personal effects should be removed.

All food products are to be removed from all areas where cleaning is to take place.

All deep fat fryers have been emptied and turned off 3 hours before deep clean.

Inform Security of our arrival, ensuring that we have full access for a minimum of eight hours from time of arrival.
