At Bright Hygiene, we understand that the only way to retain business is by building understanding and trust with our customers. A key mechanism that we have been using for this purpose since February 2004 is The Customers View™.
The Customers View™ (TCV) is an independent customer service monitoring programme that provides customer-focused businesses with the opportunity to take a look at themselves through the eyes and ears of their customers. TCV uses a variety of systems to collect this data, including mystery shopping, paper-based questionnaires, one-on-one customer interviews, telephone quality monitoring and state of the art recording and editing technology. The following are some examples of how the information received via TCV has been used by Bright Hygiene to enhance our service:
- Client Retention / Loyalty - introduction of bespoke cleaning programmes, the provision of “emergency fixes” for clients with urgent needs and the introduction of an asbestos consultancy and removal service
- Continuously Improving Standards – the addition of ceiling cleaning and the introduction of pre and post checklists
- Identifying New Business Opportunities - reviewed client cleaning programmes and recommended bespoke schedules of cleaning, the addition of factory / plant cleaning services and forming links with other quality support services companies.
